Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and none at all until you sign in. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to say yes or no to.

What we use

__Host-lucid_session

When: Only after you sign in on the account page.

Keeps you signed in. It holds a random session id, not your email. Scripts on the page cannot read it, it is only sent over HTTPS, and it lasts up to 90 days or until you sign out.

lucid_ticket

When: Only when you buy from inside Lucid Lab.

Puts the purchase on the account the app is signed in to. It is kept in this browser tab only (not a cookie) and is gone when you close the tab.

Visit counts

Cloudflare counts visits to pages for us without cookies and without following you to other sites.

Paying

The checkout form is Paddle's, shown in a frame from paddle.com. Paddle, our merchant of record, may set its own cookies there to take the payment and prevent fraud. They are covered by Paddle's privacy policy.

Removing them

Sign out to remove the session cookie, or clear this site's data in your browser. Questions: support@lucidlabsaudio.com.
