Troubleshooting Lucid Lab
Lucid Lab says it can’t reach my DAW
Check System Settings › Privacy & Security › Accessibility: Lucid Lab must be on. If it is on and still fails, switch it off and on again: macOS sometimes keeps an old permission after an update.
An export stopped
The export page says which step stopped and why. Common causes: a dialog in the DAW waiting for an answer, missing audio files, or the audio interface changed. Fix it and press export again; finished files are kept.
A track was named wrongly
Change the name in the plan before you apply it. Nothing is renamed until you confirm.
Ableton Live isn’t found
In Lucid Lab’s Settings, install the control script, then in Live › Settings › Link, Tempo & MIDI choose “LucidLab” as a Control Surface.
