Sign in to Lucid Lab with the email you paid with, and Pro turns on by itself. Your licence key is also on the thank-you page after checkout.

Two Macs

One subscription works on two Macs at a time. Changing Macs? Write to us and we free the old one.

Invoices, card, cancelling

All in your billing portal, run by Paddle. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of what you paid.

Lost your key

Sign in to Lucid Lab with your purchase email and it comes back.

Refunds

Within 14 days of any payment, in full. See the refund policy. Write to support@lucidlabsaudio.com.
